Our Promise
We're not a call center or a home warranty company. We're your neighbors, serving the same streets we live on. When you reach out, a real person responds. When we show up, it's the same licensed technician who knows your home.
Got a question about something in your home? Ask. Whether it's a noise you can't place, an appliance acting up, or just wondering if something needs attention, we want you to love your home. Every request gets a response. That's not a policy, it's how we operate.
FAQ

No. A home warranty pays out when something breaks. Nimbus plans are proactive — we maintain your systems on a schedule so fewer things break in the first place.
