Common questions.

Plans are billed annually — one flat payment covers your full year of service. Service visits are available to schedule 90 days after enrollment. If you cancel after a service visit has been rendered, the retail value of that visit is deducted from your remaining balance.

We currently serve Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Bucktown, and Roscoe Village. Not sure if you're covered? Reach out and we'll let you know.

Yes. You can move from Core to Plus or Whole Home at any time — we'll prorate the difference.
